Because 3CX is missing a lot of features and it's impossible to start messaging customers using a Meta-approved template, and since there's no chatbot, we have a perfect solution today. This solution ensures you can start messaging customers with a pre-approved template and automatically respond to them using a chatbot while receiving notifications through the same WhatsApp number linked to 3CX.

First, create an account on the following website: Autorply.site. After activating your account, log in to the dashboard and then click on "connect WhatsApp."
Next, go to the Meta for Developers page and create a new app, naming it whatever you like. Then, select the same WhatsApp account linked with 3CX. This step is crucial. Complete the app creation steps.
Once the app is created, add a product to your app by selecting "Add products to your app," then choose WhatsApp. Now, go to WhatsApp, then configurations, and add the webhook URL and token you got from the Autorply.site platform into the Webhook field and click save.
Next, select "manage" and add the messaging service.
Now, go back to Autorply.site and paste your WhatsApp Business number and token found on the 3CX page (the information must be the same). Then, click the "connect" button.
